Software:

NLE, Adobe, Pinnacle, Sonic, Microsoft, Sony, InterVideo, PowerDVD (just to name a few.

 

Hardware:

PC, digital cameras, camcorders, DVD/CD burners, scanners, printers, sound cards,

video capture devices, cables, plugs, wires, ect...

 

 

Technical Part:

Depending on your needs we custom fit our instructions and/or service to meet your goals.  Written instruction will be provided when available.  Follow up is provided in writing to use as future references.  Trouble shooting and repairs are usually performed on location unless otherwise arranged.  Informal lecture or formal board room, one on one or group sessions are all the same price. 

 

 

 

 

Quality Control: 

Pre-service interviews are performed to determine skills and goals we are expecting.  Follow up surveys are provided to verify information retainability and continued operation of equipment discussed or worked on.
