Our services are of the highest degree of discretion and privacy you will get. We do not share, discuss or sell information, concepts or details of our customers with other customers or anyone that is not involved with your project.  We work with all of your (legal) projects that you may need help with.   We will provided non-disclosure agreements upon request or use yours.  We will and always have given consistent service to all our many happy customers.   

Legal Issues

Avalon Film & Video will not reproduce, duplicate, copy or transfer in any manner any part of any copyrighted media, digital or analog, image or sound, logo or trademark in whole or part.  We subscribe to all international copyright and intellectual property laws.  We observe all national or local laws applicable to obscene or illegal activities.  We require written consent or will assist in obtaining such for you if you are not the legal owner or licensed representative of the material.  For further information please contact a Avalon Film & Video customer service member and he or she would be happy to discuss the details.

Prices

With the combined experience and all the projects that Avalon Film & Video members have worked on, it is a fact that no two projects are alike.  We will work with you as if it was our only project and promise attention will be paid to all details of your needs.  So it is hard to have a rate card that can accurately predict every situation.  Some services may require deposits or setup fees but we will give you all information up front and never add any hidden costs.  If you will contact your account representatives he or she will be happy to discuss in writing an accurate and competitive bid.  All information is kept confidential. 

Guarantees

We guarantee all workmanship.  We can provide samples and proofs to ensure your expectations are being met.  We have always stood behind our work and pride ourselves with our experience and knowledge.  With technology where it is at today, we find ourselves with some limits and cannot promise everything.  But, with accurate information from you, Avalon Film & Video will provide the best service before, during and after your project.  You will receive written guarantees with all work orders.
