How we do it

We follow a structured process to efficiently determine the optimal hybrid system configuration and subsequent operation.
  • Collate basic site information, current and future operational parameters and energy consumption data

  • Complete an in-house feasibility study

  • If the feasibility study suggests good energy cost and carbon savings, then a no-cost site survey is offered to confirm the suitability of the building and site infrastructure
  • Once the survey report is completed, then a meeting with the client is arranged during which the technical, financial and sustainability benefits are presented and discussed
  • If the project is approved in principle by the client then Avalon Services manage all parties necessary to complete a formal offer for subsequent final consideration and sign off
  • The client executes the contract with the funder and the project is implemented
